It breaks my heart that such a senseless act of violence is to be rewarded as such. I'm outraged, disappointed, sickened!!!!!
For America being the greatest country it is tragic that their justice system is so one sided. They just demonstrated once more that justice is not blind, it has a color and sorry to say but it seems to work against the yellows, browns, blacks, etc. Lady Justice is this what you stand for? Are innocent men, women and children to pay for the incompetence of your system?
I am not saying that the system is all bad, like all things it works and it doesn't. Times have changed and you need to revisit the whole process, because it is skewed, and something needs to be done, if not people will take justice into their own hands. How great of a nation will you be then? Is this what you have become, turning a blind eye on innocent victims?
Trayvon wasn't just a victim, a son, a friend, he was also an American citizen. Is this what your citizens have to hope for? Who will protect them when you made the choice to stand behind rapist, killers, molesters, etc? Is this how you uphold the constitution?
Sorry to say but its tragic, disheartening.
Your're worried about outside threats when in fact you're your own greatest threat.#wakeup
